APPEALS - FEDERAL RULES OF PROCEDURE

The Court reaffirmed the basic holding of Budinich v. Becton Dickinson & Co. that a case is final and appealable, and the thirty-day clock begins running, even if questions of attorney’s fees remain to be resolved.
