On appeal, Pitsicalis challenges only one aspect of the district court’s conclusion that he is liable for infringing Experience Hendrix’s trademarks: Pitsicalis argues that his domain names hendrixlicensing.com and hendrixartwork.com did not violate the federal Lanham Act by infringing Experience Hendrix’s trademark “Hendrix.” We uphold the district court’s determination that the domain names did infringe Experience Hendrix’s trademark “Hendrix.”
